“I agreed a change of delivery date, but the logs still arrived on the cancelled date. I ordered a bulk bag but a crate was delivered. Spoke to Olivia and she agreed that I could keep at no extra cost. Without Olivia it would alll have been a disaster! Fell below Dalby usual high standards.”
