“As ever, another pleasant experience with Dalby Firewood! Easy to order, easy to pay and a first class delivery experience, as always the staff are a pleasure to deal with and they are always friendly, polite and professional. I wouldn’t buy my logs from anyone else and I cannot recommend them highly enough!”

“Delivery was good, although I requested the wood to drop by the garage the delivery person said he could only drop the wood on the curb. After we had a discussion he agreed to drop the wood by the garage. The delivery note did state to be dropped by the garage.”

“Simply brilliant Customer Service. Thanks particularly to Caitlin who went above and beyond to chase up my order when it was delayed (driver shortages) and refunded my early delivery payment without even being asked. I have to say that I was really impressed - and grateful. Thank you Dalby Firewood. Oh… and the firewood is great too! It’s not my first order and with a quality product coupled with first class customer service, it most certainly won’t be my last. Highly recommended.”

“The product is well packed and very good as it’s dry . The only issue is that on the phone I asked the girl if she would include free of charge some kindling she agreed but no kindling arrived but Never mind she perhaps didn’t have the authority to say yes perhaps she should have said no I can do it or rang me back . However the packaging is excellent and all together good company to deal with”
