“Excellent quality logs, uniformly very dry and very good to burn. Delivery was prompt, and arranged to suit me - and the driver managed to get the bulk bag down my gravel drive right to my log store: an excellent service”

“Always best quality and team are super helpful. Delivery is reliable, arriving as arranged. Yes we pay slightly more than others advertise, but there are no hidden charges and the burn time/products match the website description plus the handy advice guide is very helpful - highly recommend”

“Our fault but we thought there was a solid cover. The flimsy plastic collects rain which gets through , if only slightly. Also , we are not looking forward to getting the logs from the bottom. As far as we can see the only easy way to do this would be to tear the plastic , which would make the crate less water resistant.”

“I'm very happy with the product. Well packed and good quality. I have no issue with Dalby products, but the delivery arrangements need to be looked into. I paid £10 to choose delivery on Thursday morning between 0830-1230, when we planned to be at home. However, the delivery was made randomly on Wednesday. Thankfully, we were in and able to take delivery. The courier driver said that if he had the product, he would deliver it, regardless of the time booked. If I choose a particular delivery time slot and pay for that choice, then I expect the delivery to be made at that time.”

Please accept my apologies for the delivery being made early, we had specifically requested that your delivery was made on Thursday morning but the third delivery company we use had clearly not followed this instruction.
