“The customer service was as good as ever. But I must say the wood size and cut was extremely random - the worst we have ever received which made it difficult to stack in the wood shed. There were some massive logs which we will need to cut down to get into our wood burner. As it was a Dalby Gold bag we expect m a more consistent product as it comes at a premium price.”

“The staff were very helpful answering all my questions prior to placing my first order for a crate of dried oak logs. The delivery came on the day I selected and was willingly wheeled into position exactly where requested. The logs burn very well in our Clearview stove, easily controlled from blazing heat down to a flicker. ,”

“We are really happy with Dalby's wood for our woodburner - especially as it's locally grown and seasoned - which is important for everyone these days. It's well cut and packed up and generally all care taken - even in delivery. So, thanks.”

“The service was excellent, the lady in the office helped arrange an efficient delivery exactly where we wanted it. Helpful delivery driver The logs are dry uniform in size and shape and very clean with no rubbish. Logs are well packed and the bags generously filled. Will definitely use again”

“Easy to order wood on line with our chosen delivery date. Had courtesy phone call to check access. The delivery driver rang 10 mins before delivery, he was very helpful and efficient. Highly recommend.”

“Excellent delivery service. The lorry arrived on time and the lift-off bag was offloaded to the exact position I had indicated. The driver (didn’t catch his name) also gave some moisture reading on some logs I had saved from pruning of some trees in my garden.”
