“Recently had delivery of mixed ash and oak logs - excellent quality and mix. Delivery very efficient too, with the driver setting the dumpy bag down exactly where requested. Many thanks team!”

“Brilliant customer service and great first delivery in a very tricky drop off area.The driver even came to survey my very limited drop off area days before I ordered anything to make sure it was possible. To leave them on the pavement would have been a real ordeal for myself but they were very considerate. They also answered my numerous questions before I even purchased my first log burner. Good old fashioned customer care is very rare these days so thank you Dalby.”

“Very good delivery service. The driver delivered the bag of logs to the most convenient area for us making the task of transfering them to the log store easy. The logs appeared to be good quality evenly sized and not too large to need further chopping. I'm sure these will burn like those previously purchased, hot, long lasting and with a house warming flame to gaze into. Bliss!”
