“quick delivery, nice attitude, logs look good, but obviously you will have to get back as no fire this time of year, but looks as though you will be our regular supplier and you are around the corner”

“Just had my first delivery of wood from Dalby Firewood.........excellent service delivered as said and the wood looks great. I'm presuming it will burn great as well!!! The delivery guy was local and also excellent. Will use again. Thank you”

“Oh, My, God. Second year. 3 pallets of perfectly dry Ash( I have checked the lack of moisture) Stacked to give max. volume , min. air. I can leave it on the wrapped pallets , and move in my own time. Its not tipped over the whole drive. Free natural fire lighters thrown in Whats not to like . Don't put apparent price before quality , I can assure you , moist or wet wood at a half to quarter the price of this( it usually is this wet) is at least twice as expensive in the long road . I promise you. Well done Dalby .”

“This is probably the wrong time to write this review as the ordered items have not yet appeared. They were ordered on the 2/8/18, money taken from account but as yet no delivery date notified.”

Our sincere apologies for this mistake Mr Holland. Your order has been accidentally placed in a run which has been requested for W/c Mon 13th This is why this has not yet been delivered or scheduled. This review has brought the issue to our attention. We can deal with any queries or issues much faster with a phone call or email as reviews take time to filter through. We will be in touch today.

“Easy to order with a good value range to choose from. Order status updates by e mail and phone allow you to plan receiving delivery and option of delivery to a designated place if out is helpful. The actual delivery was done in my absence but was as perfect as it could be with the driver dropping the bag onto the empty pallet from my previous delivery. I have not the slightest complain about the service from Dalby Firewood.”

“We use seasoned hardwood and have found it to be an excellent product. We buy the bulk bags for convenience and they are value for money. The delivery service is also very good.”
