“I'm delighted to support Dalby Firewood. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Not only that but they went out of their way to make sure my firelighters came as quickly as possible. I was amazed [and relieved!] that they arrived withing 18 hours of the phone call. The starter pack for my new wood oven was really well put together with wood a good shape and size. Most of all the firelighters are just fantastic. Thank you!”

“Arrived as stated - notified beforehand via e mail and text. Positioned firewood exactly as asked. Firewood looks good (due to heatwave haven't tried yet!). All in all, good choice - will recommend.”

“Excellent service well packed pallets of wood covered with plastic wrap to keep dry in transit. I have ordered before and not been let down. Good quality dry wood easy to use and the pallet is outside covered with a ‘ plastic’ tarpaulin and we fetch in to the house what is needed daily.”

“Excellent delivery service to the small and difficult area at the back of a Victorian terraced house. The driver was also very helpful and informative about the different types of logs and the options available for delivery.”

“All good, I ordered 1x (EXTRA-DRY) Dalby Gold Crate (Thin Cut), but some of the logs were not so thin so we did split them to fit our stove but not too difficult.”
