“Easy to order via website and the office staff are very responsive and quick to check orders / answer questions. Helpful driver and the text / call before arriving is good. Competitive prices and an excellent product. Would always recommend.”

Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a 5* review! It's great to hear that you were impressed with the service Mr Thomas. The price is reflective of the quality we only use the highest quality raw materials to produce our firewood and kiln dry the products to ensure low moisture content. There are cheaper suppliers out there but the quality may lack, if you should choose to shop around please be sure to buy from Woodsure accredited 'Ready to Burn' suppliers. This ensures low moisture content, sustainability and is in line with the new government restrictions that are law from early 2021.

“Delivery guy who delivered out logs in Somerset today was brilliant. He tried hard to get as close to the log store as possible and logs are brilliant quality... can’t speak highly enough... ten stars!”

“Very knowledgeable and helpful at the point of enquiry, prices in line with other suppliers however the quality seems to be far superior, as is the generosity of the loads where many competitors are inconsistent and lean. Delivery was when it said it was with a text alert to say when they were on the way. Would not hesitate to use again, highly recommend.”
