“Your excellent logs arrived and was put under the office window as requested between house and garage. One observation from a neighbour who saw his arrival, was that the driver drove past, missed the house, and turned a the bottom in their gateway, and came back up the one way street of Tanpit Lane the wrong way. NB it could be worth being aware for the next delivery that there are CCTV cameras about as this has become a problem.”

“Easy ordering online and when I needed to change my delivery date. Delivery was smooth and the lorry driver was very kind in getting it exactly where I wanted it in my garage. I’m set for firewood for the next year! I’ll be ordering again next year!”

“Everyone was very helpful but the delivery went to my daughters house in Tarvin but had a wonderful driver who diverted and delivered it to me in Tarporley.”

“Excellent service, wood densely packed into crate - highly recommended. Would have been even better if the delivery driver had taken the time to get closer to the buildings !”

Thank you for taking your time to leave us this review, it's great to see you are happy with the product you received! We do use a third party delivery company to deliver crates so apologies if the driver was unable to get closer to the buildings.

“5* Excellent logs and excellent service. Half hour delivery slot texted day before. I was not available for the half hour and Dalby could not change the time BUT wrote notes on the delivery sheet of where to leave the logs. The deliver guy was excellent actually arrived 5 minutes early so I could also explain where to put the logs.”

“I have been a repeat customer for over 7 years and the service and quality is unbeatable. Have ordered online this year for the 1st time and the communication regarding my order was brilliant. Always buy the Dalby Gold Ash crate as it is slow burning and creates very good heat in my Morso wood burning stoves. 10/10 as always - Thank you”
