“The wood came within a few days, it was delivered exactly when the text message said it would be delivered and the driver was extremely courteous, putting the bags exactly where I asked him to. Not sure the service could have been any better.”

“Fantastic long burning logs with great flame. Took a phonecall before delivery with a query to where I wanted the order to be left- and they were left just in the right spot. Good to know if you aren't going to be around for delivery!”

“Very good wood burns slow and hot. The driver was very helpful and did his best to leave the very large delivery as close to my log store as possible.”

Sorry to here that there was some wet wood. We can not deal with issues like this unless you notify us. If you had called us we could have checked the issue and rectified the problem, had we found one. Please let us know in the future if anything is not 100% correct with the product or service.

“Very good website and ordering procedure. Great that you can choose date and time for delivery. When the delivery came the driver was really polite and nice and nothing was too much trouble when it came to positioning the pallet. Wood (Birch but we normally have Ash) is always uniform size, clean and great quality. The packing of pallets and bulk bags is fantastic and easy to manage. Will definitely use Dalby again.”

“This last order is our fourth order from Dalby Firewood. The web site is clear and easy to use. The prices are competitive. The deliveries are always as described, always on time and always delivered by a helpful person who is happy to place the palette in our garage. The wood always lights easily and burns cleanly. In short, I cannot think of a way that this level of service can be improved so I will doubtless be ordering from Dalby Firewood again.”

“Fantastic quality wood and great service. Their basic hardwood logs burn the best of any we have tried on our multi fuel stove and I would definitely recommend them. The only slight negative we've ever had is from ordering the wood on a pallet rather than in bags, as Dalby Firewood seem to use a third party courier for this service. This resulted in problems getting it delivered that we wouldn't fancy going through again. We now stick to having the bulk bags every time which are delivered directly from Dalby and the service is excellent.”

“Pallet of very good quality logs delivered as requested. Very good range/mix of log sizes, very dry , burn slowly producing very good heat. Great value, great service.”
