“Wood was of excellent quality and well packed. Delivery let the service down; the crate that it was on was too big and they had to leave it on the road, leading me to have to carry them in myself which took a long time. Driver apparently was unhelpful according to my wife. Would use again because of the wood quality but would still look at better value wood as it's quite expensive”

“Ten out of ten. Ordering was easy - friendly and informative bloke on the phone. Delivery prompt, young man who delivered very hardworking, helpful and pleasant. Ordered Dalby Gold. Much better than the brickettes I used to use. I stacked some logs near the wood burner, was hoping to get a nice woody smell wafting about the room, but no, maybe cos they're so dry?”
