“Second order placed for logs. Easy ordering process and good communication. Unfortunately after leaving instructions for delivery and speaking to the driver, my tonne bag of logs were left outside of the gate and not inside, which is not secure. Had to move them manually to inside the garden. Not great and didn’t happen on my last order”

“Wood quality appears to be very good - delivery unfortunately was not so good. It would of been much more satisfactory if the driver made sure that I was present to oversee the delivery. In the end, I had to take the logs out of the pallet and store them myself as the container was placed in the wrong part of the garage.”
