“We were amazed at the very prompt response to our order. Driver arrived within the promised half hour window and dropped off within the inch of our requested drop off spot. AND the gold logs are everything that was described. Excellent.”

“Clean and good burning ash. Pity price up by so much over last year. Liked the new pallet - nails pulled out easily. At long last pallet firm had a motorised trolley. Timed the delivery well - down to last two logs!”

We understand the prices have rapidly increase throughout the year but this is down to the prices of raw material, production costs etc and the increase was unavoidable. “Took a long time to be delivered due to staff issues. Not found much oak yet in the mixed bag with birch, so lets see if its @ the very bottom of the bag. Looked like the owner who delivered. Normally no issues with either delivery or logs but no apology. Do like their logs though normally.”

I know i spoke to you directly about this and apologised on a few occasions and we managed to agree on a delivery date that suited you. If you do find that your Oak+birch mix isn't up to standard then please do email us to discuss and send across some photos so we can investigate further.

“First time I’ve used you , the wood seems a very good mix and it’s burning well , pity you don’t take the bags back, seems a waste , But very happy with the first purchase very helpful lady on the phone , The delivery was on time , again a very nice chap who dropped it off Many thanks , Patricia Reeve 😊😊”

The reason we are unable to take these bags back is because we use a 3rd party delivery company so there is no way of them being returned but they can be recycled. “Ordering was very easy with good communications. Delivery guy was brilliant and left wood exactly where asked. Got the gold kiln dried ash bulk bag. Burns well. No smoke. Glass stays clean. Lasts longtime. Really pleased. Will use again”

“Wood burns from the start with very little kindling and makes little ash. Glass is nice and clean. I don’t have a moisture meter but would say judging by the evidence it’s well dried.”

“Just had my last order of winter wood from these guys, as spring is nearly here so not needing as much wood. I can’t say enough about this company to be honest we’ve had many bulk buys from them whether it be ash or birch or mix bag and every time the bags have been amazing, super dry wood, cut nicely and covered well in huge bag. Burns fantastic. Kindling and firelighters are fab too. Great communication when ordered email and texts when being delivered, drivers always go above and beyond when delivering, always very pleasant. Quality company. Thanks again for another great order.”
