Thank you for the 5* review, Peter. Pleased to hear the delivery went well. The reason we are unable to offer this service with the bulk bags is because they are not strong enough to be used again as they stretch when filled once. We just have to recycle them. Hope the logs are up to standard and we look forward to hearing from you again.

“Ordering easy and communication good. There was an issue with the delivery as the pallet (and the pallet truck) fell off the tail lift. This inevitably broke the pallet and the contents spread all over the drive. The driver and I shifted the wood to the storage location, which was up the flat access drive, but this took a considerable amount of time. It would be worth speaking to your shippers about this as it appeared to me that the tail lift was possibly tot robust enough for the load.”

Thank you for the review and i do apologise for the inconveniences caused, we were not made aware that this happened. I will be making contact with them to see what caused this as tail lifts are used with majority of our deliveries. Despite the slight mishap, i am pleased to hear your ordering process was smooth and we hope the logs are up to standard. We hope to hear from you again.
