“The ordering and delivery process appears to be tried and tested to achieve a very acceptable standard. Our delivery was delayed due to heavy traffic but we received a call to advise us of this problem.”

“Key aspect of wood burning is to ensure you have kiln dried firewood, good kindling and a well serviced firestove. The latter is important. Support your local sweep and receive a proper certificate to say the stove has been serviced and checked out. The rest is easy to achieve by shopping at Dalby Firewood.”

“The price was good; ordering was easy. The driver could not have been more helpful when the logs were delivered, and the logs are superb! They seem to be much 'cleaner' than ones I have had from other suppliers - they do not cover the windows of the burner with black smoke - and they burn beautifully. I'm absolutely delighted with the product and the service. Will definitely order again.”
