“Super impressive delivery. The driver reversed down my cul-de-sac during school pick up time which is an incredible feat. Well packaged delivery. Turned up as expected.”

“I ordered a bulk bag of Birch Logs & Kindling from Dalby Firewood after reading about them on their website. Ordering online was easy, I was kept informed about the delivery & was rung up when there was a slight delay. I'm very impressed with their products & their service. Thank you.”

“I have had Dalby Firewood for the last five years. My latest delivery was the best yet - mix of ash and oak in standard and small cuts. Just the right mix for me as I tend to burn for a few hours each night. I managed to stack the wood with the sizes being of ideal proportions. The young man who delivered was more than helpful in placing the sack where I wanted it.”

“The Kiln Dried Birch Crate firewood is brilliant for our new wood burner, catches quickly, burns perfectly, dancing flames and fantastic heat easily controlled with the airflow. Could not believe the number of logs in the crate very tightly packed in... there are loads! The delivery driver was very helpful in positioning the crate on our driveway. Would highly recommend Dalby Firewood.”

“Has my first delivery from Dalby, first class all round. Easy to use good value nice delivery person.Handy small ash bags make moving logs around easier too…and I accidentally got a few extra which they let me keep so what’s not to like. I’ll be back 👍”

“Usual high standard of customer service from order to delivery. The wood is very dry, dense and burns hot. Premium product and a great team to deal with. Highly recommended.”

“Bought standard size bulk bag of hardwood. This had 20+ chunks of enormous logs that do not fit into log burner. Emailed Dalby and was telephoned back by a female who 1) told me that for the last year I had ordered standard/thin logs thereby implying I wasn't aware that standard size usually includes huge logs - except over the past 5 years I have also ordered standard and not encountered this previously (maybe the odd couple of logs, and 2) laughingly told me the thick cut logs are really really big - making me seem a fool for thinking the ones I had received could be anywhere near as big. Funny, but my friend buys the handy bags and had also found her latest bags to include these huge logs that she couldn't use either - having had handy bags for a couple of years. Dalby's solution? - I could repack all the logs off the rack back into the bulk bag, and I could buy the available standard/thin cut logs of birch for another £25. I have these huge logs, so has been a very expensive bulk bag as can't use them at that size. Excellent customer care? - not anymore it seems. Very disappointing.”
