“I usually order by phone to sure about location drop at our property. This was the first time i ordered on line and i have to say our instructions were followed to the letter. Many thanks. Further feed back for you is that we now have 8 or 9 virtually new bulk bags. Could they be recycled on a deposit basis. If we return them on 100% useable condition so much back as discount for the next order. Other wise these bags are good quality not in use ? Just a thought. Regards and best wishes Philip Norbury”

We can collect your old bags to be recycled, although we don't offer a discount for this service. If you would like us to collect your old bags, please pop this in the notes on your next order.

“Fantastic the wood burns great No bagging like the cheap wood does The service, is great but you should consider a discount for people ordering more than 1 bag.thing to think about. In the future 👍”

“Really good quality wood. I bought the standard/thin birch logs and the mix of log sizes is perfect for my 5kw stove which can struggle to burn large logs when first lit. It seemed slightly more pricey than some websites, but having received my order, I am very happy with my purchase. Delivery took 7 days which was fine, I have waited a lot longer from other sources. Would definitely recommend Dalby Firewood.”
