“Just had my first delivery, logs excellent. Had been intending being home for first delivery but was not. Driver tried to contact me but was unable to. He found perfect position to drop them and then managed to find something to cover them with, top marks. Only criticism would be to have a bit more notice of delivery and to have it other than text as we do not have a mobile signal here”

David, Thanks for the kind review. The conformations are via email & SMS as stated on the website, so sorry about the bad signal. If you mention in the notes that the signal is bad, then for future reference we can give you a courtesy call. Glad the driver found the perfect spot for the logs, and thanks for the constructive criticism. We will look into this.

“Delivery left neatly where i requested, well packaged and the bag was filled full! The logs have made my fire such a dream to use easy to light perfect sizes one very happy customer!”

“i appreciated the helpfulness with my pre-order enquiry which helped me make sure your product was suitable for what I wanted it for. When I did order I was amazed at the quick response with next day delivery, right on time in your emailed time slot. The person who delivered the goods was very helpful and pleasant. I am sorry I did not think to offer him a cup of tea. I'll do better next year, when I order a top-up of woodchip for my path. Thank you.”

“From the point of ordering with Joe, confirmation of delivery by email/text to the driver on the day of the delivery everything was very professional. I ordered the Dalby gold extra dry ash which I have to say was superb quality. The fires we have had have been superb, good flame, long burn and importantly warm. I would not hesitate in recommending Dalby you will not be disappointed.”
