“Always good - from website visit, to easy order, customer service is brilliant, and the wood is fabulous. There may be cheaper alternatives - but with Dalby you absolutely get what you pay for and great value for money - burns slow and warm :)”

“Good quality wood and the wood is dried. (Other company was far too damp). Good communication and informed before delivery by telephone and email. Delivery excellent in bags and put in the garage for us. ( not like others we have had and it's just left loose on the drive for us to take in) thanks for a professional service.”

“Tryed logs from a few places and not been very impressed, they either burn too fast or don't burn at all. So happy we chose Dalby Firewood it's just right, customer service also good. 5*”

“Arrived on time. Placed log container where we wanted it. Very helpful driver. Logs seem to be burning well - we have only used about 20!”

“Very happy with delivery- right outside the door. Ordered the kiln dried birch which burns really well. My only small gripe is some of the the logs are a bit big for my narrow log burner so I will have to split them myself.”

Sorry to hear some of them are a little too big for your narrow burner, we do offer 'Thin cut' in our Oak & Birch mix which may be better for you next time if you have a smaller log burner.
