“Really good quality wood. I bought the standard/thin birch logs and the mix of log sizes is perfect for my 5kw stove which can struggle to burn large logs when first lit. It seemed slightly more pricey than some websites, but having received my order, I am very happy with my purchase. Delivery took 7 days which was fine, I have waited a lot longer from other sources. Would definitely recommend Dalby Firewood.”

Although delivery didn’t take place til day 12 (which was understandable in the current situation) their customer service kept me informed. I received an email on the day before delivery giving a time slot of 09:00 to 09:30 and the truck arrived at 09:10.”
