“I’m giving Dalby a 5 star rating even though there were 2 arranged delivery days that didn’t happen despite waiting in all day. This to be fair was outside Dalby’s control as they use a 3rd party delivery company and were let down by them. The customer service was excellent from Ruby at Dalby to remedy this and the wood eventually arrived well packed and neatly stacked in the crate. If it burns as well as it looks I will be ordering again.”

“We were so very pleased with delivery, package and quality. Completely hassle free and prompt delivery. We didn’t need to be at home as the bags of logs were placed exactly where we had requested for ease of unpacking. We always use Dalby Firewood as we know we will have an excellent product and service. Thank you.”

“I’ve used Dalby Firewood on a number of occasions as I find the quality of there logs exceptional. I prefer to burn Ash logs as they deliver plenty of heat and are long lasting, thank you Dalby Firewood.”

“Good quality dry and seasoned ash logs with added bonus that the crate can be burned as it is not treated with preservative. A good service. Recommended.”

“I am a new customer of Daley Firewood after our old supplier, that we had used for many years, closed down. We bought from Dalby Firewood an oak and birch mix. When stacked up this gives off a very pleasant sweet and dry natural odour.. Yesterday we lit our log burner for the first time since spring (typical British summer at the moment). The logs burnt very well indeed. From a very low ash base, a single log began to burn quite quickly and filled the log burner up will lovely flame. We have been use to, from our old supplier getting more logs for the same money but their logs were hard work a lot of the time due to poorer quality. We are looking forward to burning up our first log supply from Dalby Firewood and enjoying the quality of the wood and the ease it is to use.. The day before delivery I received both an Email and a text confirming my delivery slot . The driver turned up 10 mins early and dropped the two sack loads which I had ordered, where I wanted them. So far, I don’t have any reason to go elsewhere for our logs for the foreseeable future and will be using Dalby Firewood from now on. I am not one for writing Reviews but when a company provide a good service/goods then I don’t mind spending a few minutes doing a Review.”
