“We ordered a crate of Birch & Oak Kiln dried logs. We cannot fault the service or the products supplied by Dalby Firewood. The crate was delivered as stated and the driver was very helpful with the delivery. As we continue to return as ongoing customers can honestly say the Kiln dried logs are fantastic with very little ash or mess after the burn. To date confirm we have not been disappointed with any of our deliveries and going forward hope to continue to use Dalby Firewood especially with the added incentive of Free Delivery :) Many thanks Annette - South Devon”

“Very pleased. This is the first time we have ordered from Dalby but it won't be the last. Our sturdy well packed crate arrived on time and the driver was very helpful. The wood burns really well and is much hotter than our previous supply. Definitely recommend.”

“Brilliant; delivered when stated really good quality and price there are cheaper providers out there but nowhere near the quality The delivery driver was very good will definitely be using them from now on”

“I usually order by phone to sure about location drop at our property. This was the first time i ordered on line and i have to say our instructions were followed to the letter. Many thanks. Further feed back for you is that we now have 8 or 9 virtually new bulk bags. Could they be recycled on a deposit basis. If we return them on 100% useable condition so much back as discount for the next order. Other wise these bags are good quality not in use ? Just a thought. Regards and best wishes Philip Norbury”
