“It would be helpful to be able to negotiate a delivery day/time in advance rather than be given a day and just the option to yes/no it. The logs have to be unloaded onto the pavement and then moved by barrow to the rear of my property due to lack of access. This obviously takes time so I have to be there to accept the load and move it. As I work it would be helpful to arrange delivery for my days off as taking time off at short notice to accept a delivery of logs is not easy to negotiate. Otherwise excellent product, I've tried cheaper sources but the quality is always lacking.”

Mrs Coyne. We can try to arrange delivery on specific days or dates if requested. If not requested we have to fit deliveries in with other local drops. Hope this helps for the future, and thanks for the feedback.

“Some of the logs were a little bit big & heavy for an older woman like me to manoeuvre into my stove when it is already hot! I was satisfied with the seasoned hardwood logs, because I ordered them early to store before winter, & next time I shall have Dalby Gold, the top of the range, to compare them.”

“The lorry driver dump the logs at the end on the pebbled drive but luckily we had a neighbour with a fork lift that dropped them nearer to the two garden sheds. the size of the wood is good as my log burner is small, have a few cuts that will not fit in the fire but overall good. Burns well but fast burning.”

Thank you for your feed back Mr Hill. Regarding the communication, we tried to contact you several times on your landline, with out success. We do not have a mobile number for you on our system which makes it very difficult, so we made the decision to deliver the logs in a suitable place and left them covered.
