“Delivery good ,next day, delivered when not in, wood good size and burns well but let your self down by leaving front gate open when you left as we have a dog and its a busy time on the roads.”

Thank you for taking time to leave a positive review and giving us your feedback. I have investigated this delivery and to why the gate was left open and i actually delivered the logs personally on that particular day. I do remember the drop very clearly as i was pondering for some time where exactly to leave the logs. I do remember closing the gate, this is common practice for us as we always leave everything as we find it. I am not sure if some else could have possibly entered your property to ‘nosey’ at the product, or if i haven’t closed the latch on the gate property, but i do remember attempting to make sure the gate was. shut. If this has not been done properly please accept my sincere apologies as we always try to make sure everything is left as found. I definatly did not just exit the property and leave the gate open. Sorry if this has caused any inconvenience and i hope this has not jeopardised any further business from our company.

“Delivery on time easy drop off wood looks good unable to comment on burn quality as yet pieces slightly thicker than expected but still good sizes”

“Very friendly staff but I did not receive a phone call to let me know when they were being delivered . I got home and found them dumped in front of the garage.”

“Very pleased with the quality of our logs and driver was helpful and efficient. Would like larger logs as large wood burner and also seem to have a lot of birch.”

As you ordered the Birch and Oak crate, the Birch is cut smaller to start the fire with as it's much easier to light than the Oak, which has a longer burning time. Sorry to here that there was some wet wood. We can not deal with issues like this unless you notify us. If you had called us we could have checked the issue and rectified the problem, had we found one. Please let us know in the future if anything is not 100% correct with the product or service.

“Wood was of excellent quality and well packed. Delivery let the service down; the crate that it was on was too big and they had to leave it on the road, leading me to have to carry them in myself which took a long time. Driver apparently was unhelpful according to my wife. Would use again because of the wood quality but would still look at better value wood as it's quite expensive”

“All good, a few of the logs were a bit too fat for our smaller wood burner but I managed to split most of those. They burn nicely & are competivly priced. My Old Persons fuel allowance helps!”

Thank you for your review. If you have a small woodburner please order the thin cut logs then you will not have to split any.
