“If you read all of the product detail and buy for the correct purpose the quality of the wood is great for burning. Perhaps an 'Actual' Cooking section would assist in ensuring correct product selection.”

“Great dry logs. All the logs were cut to the same length which was great for our wood burner. Very good and quick delivery, well packaged in a simple framed crate. The product is expensive but the quality of the wood goes a long way to making this acceptable.”

“The delivery was placed as far back between my home and my neighbours minimising the amount of work required to store it away. Would have been 5* if the driver had rung the house bell on arrival we were inside waiting.”

“Great wood just as described. Delivery within a 30 min window very helpful for planning the day but it did arrive a bit late (15mins). Still better than most deliveries so I was very happy!”

“A slight hiccup at first I got a text telling me that it would be delivered the next day then one saying they had been delivered, but they hadn't. A phone call sorted it all out and the logs arrived on the new date. Very helpful delivery guy. Haven't tried the logs yet but they look a good size and nice and dry, so much so my neighbour ordered some.”

“An amazing amount of logs for the money and well packed to keep them dry. My only problem living in the area I do was the delivery lorry was too large to access my road mainly due to inconsiderate parking.”

“Delivery good ,next day, delivered when not in, wood good size and burns well but let your self down by leaving front gate open when you left as we have a dog and its a busy time on the roads.”

Thank you for taking time to leave a positive review and giving us your feedback. I have investigated this delivery and to why the gate was left open and i actually delivered the logs personally on that particular day. I do remember the drop very clearly as i was pondering for some time where exactly to leave the logs. I do remember closing the gate, this is common practice for us as we always leave everything as we find it. I am not sure if some else could have possibly entered your property to ‘nosey’ at the product, or if i haven’t closed the latch on the gate property, but i do remember attempting to make sure the gate was. shut. If this has not been done properly please accept my sincere apologies as we always try to make sure everything is left as found. I definatly did not just exit the property and leave the gate open. Sorry if this has caused any inconvenience and i hope this has not jeopardised any further business from our company.
