“Ordered Dalby gold crate of firewood had a small issue with delivery schedule was missed called head office delivery driver was contacted order was rectified excellent quality of wood,only down side no loyalty scheme.”

“We called in to Dalby Firewood to order our logs and were so impressed with the efficient, professional and friendly service!! Logs arrived on time and are burning perfectly in our log burner!! Thank you. We will certainly be ordering from this company again! Highly recommended.”

“All good, a few of the logs were a bit too fat for our smaller wood burner but I managed to split most of those. They burn nicely & are competivly priced. My Old Persons fuel allowance helps!”

Thank you for your review. If you have a small woodburner please order the thin cut logs then you will not have to split any.

“Delivery on time and competent delivery driver. The pallet was not closely stacked, and some of the wood was starting to rot, before it was dried. I know I can buy a more densely packed crate of better quality wood from other suppliers. I will not choose Dalby again.”

Sorry to here you are not satisfied with the product. If you had informed us regarding this matter we would have done something about this issue. We have stringent quality checks in place and value customer satisfaction as our highest priority. 1 phone call and a photograph of the crate and we would have replace this free of charge.

“Very pleased with the performance of the gold bulk bag kiln dried logs and average readings on my moisture meter of 5 - 6%. My only issue is that the courier delivery arrangements are to 'kerb side' and, having a long and slightly uphill driveway, where others will deliver to top of my driveway, may well deter me from repeat purchase - which is a shame as your customer service, approach, price and delivery to time are all very good. So said, the delivery driver on this occasion was really helpful and this was greatly appreciated. But had he not been, this would have caused a lot of avoidable work and time cost.”

Thankyou for your review. The delivery arrangements are to kerbside with the delivery vehicle as the pallet delivery companies are not allowed to back onto private property. They are not insured to do this. The drivers however always wheel the pallets to your desired location wherever physically possible. Glad to here that the driver was doing his job and you are satisfied with the service. Many thanks.

Thank you for your kind review. We are sorry that the delivery could not reverse on to your property. This is not our policy, it is a the policy of the pallet delivery company. For future reference sir please make sure you read the delivery terms and conditions before acceting them as it also states upon ordering on the website that "delivery is kerbside and the driver will wheel the pallet to you desired location". Glad you are please with the products.
