“Great services from the ordering to delivery. Very impressed with the young man who made the delivery. He managed to safely place the logs behind our caravan and right next to the gate. It made stacking them so easy. The young lady who took the order was very professional and gave me good advice about which logs to order. We will definitely order from you again. Thank you.”

“Good range of thicknesses and fair mix of beech and oak in the pallet. All wood kiln dried to perfection easy lighting and slow burning. Delivery to us was the only slight hiccup. I advised Dalby that access was limited and precisely how limited, that information however was not clearly forwarded to the transport company. If I had not insisted that i would not bear additional delivery costs that would have been the case. The transport company and in particular the driver saved the day with a long pull on a pallet truck and was still the perfect gent afterwards. That said the service was good, the product top class and yes I will be back in the future as stocks run low. Would I recommend? Definitely without a second thought and by the way the natural firelighters are a must!”

We're very sorry you experienced a Hiccup with the delivery, all delivery information is passed on from us to the delivery company however problems have occurred from time to time, again please accept our full apologies about this. “Excellent service, very efficient and well-organised order process. The deliveryman was very helpful and did his best to get the wood as near to our woodstore as possible, even though it meant pushing the trolley up a tricky slope and onto a muddy path. The wood is high quality. We will definitely use Dalby Firewood again.”

“This is the best wood we've ever put in our log burner. Even when the dalby gold was sold out we went for the birch/oak mix and I reckon it's even better! Great product, we will never buy from anywhere else.”

“Reliable service. Logs cut to perfect size for my woodburner and give out a good heat. Never a problem when first lightening to get the stove to full heat.”
