“Easy on-line ordering - easy on-line payment (card or paypal) - prompt delivery of good quality logs(plus kindling, firelighters etc) at reasonable prices. Overall, highly recommended.”

“Very easy to navigate the website and order. Order arrived on specified day and delivery driver went out of his way to ensure logs were as close as possible to the log store. Kiln dried wood burns beautifully, best fire lighters ever too! Would definitely recommend.”

“The logs were delivered in a time slot previously notified to me, to a place that I requested, by a polite driver. The receptionist who took my order was helpful and efficient. The logs were as specified on the website and have tested at around 16% moisture content.”

“Excellent wood for burning. Always delivered on time. On the day of delivery it was raining and when I got home I noticed that a hessian cover had been placed on top of the bag to keep the logs dry!!!! Excellent service.”

“Great product easy to order online and amazing delivery service Staff friendly and helpful with great communication regarding delivery times. “What a difference! After our last ( crate ) delivery, this one was perfect - prompt, in the right spot and cheerful, a novelty in today's world. All now stacked, so now we just have to burn it and enjoy the warmth. Thanks”

“The delivery was prompt, competent, professional, and very friendly. I tend to have a fire most evenings and appreciate good quality wood. I will order from Dalby again when this lot of kiln dried ash runs out.”

“Prompt, efficient delivery, left logs in specified place. Logs size as requested and dry. It would be good if you recycled the bags”
