Thanks for the review. The only email that has been sent to you was to apologise for the delay in the delivery. Due to you only providing us with one acceptable day for delivery, we did struggle to make it asap but we did work around your schedule and deliver when it was suitable. Hope the logs are okay and we hope to hear from you again.

“Wood delivered within 2 days of the order being placed. Very happy with the quality of the wood. However, when I tried to reorganise the delivery date it wasn't possible (although I received a text saying it was possible).”

“Delivered as arranged. Some of the logs are quite large in Diameter so I hope they burn well. 🤞”

“Delivery was prompt and efficient. The logs are nicely cut and regular in shape. I ordered seasoned but dont know how long they have been seasoned for and if I need to store them before burning.”

Hi Paul, thank you for your review. All of our firewood is ready to burn. You do not need to keep this in store any longer before using. All we advise is that the logs are kept under cover so they stay at a low moisture. Enjoy, and we look forward to hearing from you again.

“Have been delighted with the products over some time however in my recent delivery one bag which should have been logs was almost all pizza style pieces and only two logs at the bottom of the bag. As I am a generally satisfied customer I can only assume this is a mistake ....”

Hi James, Thank you for the review. The reason the driver wouldn't have rang the door bell is because it says on your order that customer is NOT present for delivery. If you are needing to be present on future deliveries, please select yes at this stage of ordering. The driver will then notify you he is there before offloading. Many thanks and hope you enjoy the wood.
